PRODUCT CARE

Angélique de Paris jewels are designed and hand-made to the highest quality standards. Proper care and maintenance will preserve their beauty. Avoid exposing jewelry to substances containing chemicals, bleach or ammonia and always remove your jewelry before bathing and swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. With ALL jewelry, always put your jewels on after you dress to avoid contact with fragrance, cosmetics or other household chemicals.  To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately.  Never store your jewelry in leather cases or pouches – this accelerates tarnishing.  Angélique de Paris Sterling Silver is Rhodium Plated.  Rhodium is the most valuable metals and keeps the jewels tarnish-resistant for many years.  Some wearing away of the tarnish may occur over time so never use silver polish or tarnish removers on Angélique de Paris as you may damage the finish.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping will automatically be applied during checkout on orders over $100.  Orders under $100 will be subject to a flat shipping rate of $8.99. No code is required.  Offer applies to Standard Shipping on Continental US orders only. Additional charges for shipping to some U.S. territories may apply.  If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped in a 48 hour time period, an Angélique de Paris customer service specialist will notify you at the time your order is received.  When in stock, Angélique de Paris orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.  All orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day. All packages require a signature upon delivery. Additional charges may accrue if more than one attempt is made for delivery. All orders to be shipped outside the continental United States will be held for 10 business days to insure validity.  All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.  The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information. Orders shipped via International Shipping will be charged a flat rate of $ 40.

Packaging Details

Each Angélique de Paris jewel is individually wrapped in our luxurious signature gift packaging at no extra charge. Angélique de Paris jewels make the most desirable and appreciated gifts.  Please let us know if you would like us to include a special hand-written calligraphy note with your personalized message.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your jewels.  If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on Brand New and Unworn jewelry in original packaging accompanied by the original receipt for a refund or merchandise credit within 10 days of purchase.  All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.  For a gift, merchandise credit will be issued for the full value of the merchandise when accompanied by a gift receipt.  Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.  Deposits on custom orders are not refundable.

All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number.  Please contact Customer Care within 10 days of purchase to request your Authorization Number with Instructions.  Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping on returns and exchanges.  Please allow up to three weeks for processing. These terms are applicable for retail purchases only made directly through this website.

Sale items, clearance items, and flash sale events are final sale only, no returns.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.  We do not offer Price Adjustments on prior purchases.

BACK ORDERS 

Items that are currently out of stock, but are available for back order may take up to 10 weeks to ship.  A customer service representative will contact you with the expected arrival date within two business days of ordering this item.  You will have the option of canceling this order at this time.

SPECIAL REQUESTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Angélique de Paris jewels are entirely hand-made with artisanal techniques.  Only a small portion of the collection is shown online.  We will be delighted to have a Jewelry Stylist Specialist contact you with your special request, whether it be a custom size or unique colour.
